Commercial Officer
Description

The Commercial Officer is responsible for acquiring and managing B2B clients, sponsorships,
strategic collaborations, and co-marketing agreements that increase number of trips, revenue
amount, and brand presence. This role focuses on increasing revenue through sales, partnerships,
and commercial deals.

Responsibilities

1. Sales
 Identify, pitch, and close B2B opportunities (corporate accounts, companies, organizations,
any other commercial partners)
 Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and agreements
 Build and maintain a strong sales channel
 Represent the company in meetings, events, and partner discussions
 Propose new commercial models or offers for partners
 Ensure deals align with pricing and revenue strategy
2. Partnerships & Collaborations
 Manage sponsorships, collaborations, and co-marketing deals
 Work with partners such as malls, hotels, events, universities, and corporates
 Coordinate partnership execution with related teams
 Ensure partnerships deliver measurable business impact (rides, revenue, visibility)
3. Account Management
 Manage ongoing relationships with B2B clients and partners
 Ensure contract renewals and upselling opportunities
 Track partner performance and resolve commercial issues
 Maintain accurate records of deals and contracts

Qualifications

3–5 years experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles
 Strong negotiation and closing skills
 Experience working with targets and commissions
 Good understanding of partnerships and B2B sales
 Strong communication and relationship-building skills
 Experience with corporate sales or key accounts
 Existing business network in the local market
