The Commercial Officer is responsible for acquiring and managing B2B clients, sponsorships,
strategic collaborations, and co-marketing agreements that increase number of trips, revenue
amount, and brand presence. This role focuses on increasing revenue through sales, partnerships,
and commercial deals.
1. Sales
Identify, pitch, and close B2B opportunities (corporate accounts, companies, organizations,
any other commercial partners)
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and agreements
Build and maintain a strong sales channel
Represent the company in meetings, events, and partner discussions
Propose new commercial models or offers for partners
Ensure deals align with pricing and revenue strategy
2. Partnerships & Collaborations
Manage sponsorships, collaborations, and co-marketing deals
Work with partners such as malls, hotels, events, universities, and corporates
Coordinate partnership execution with related teams
Ensure partnerships deliver measurable business impact (rides, revenue, visibility)
3. Account Management
Manage ongoing relationships with B2B clients and partners
Ensure contract renewals and upselling opportunities
Track partner performance and resolve commercial issues
Maintain accurate records of deals and contracts
3–5 years experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Experience working with targets and commissions
Good understanding of partnerships and B2B sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with corporate sales or key accounts
Existing business network in the local market
Salary, Commission and Incentives:
